Cold Therapy
- Keep head wrap in a plastic bag and place in refrigerator or freezer until the desired temperature is reached
- Do not apply if ice crystals are visible on wrap
Hot Therapy
- Remove head wrap from plastic bag and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Always test wrap before applying – it should be warm, never hot.
- Add heat by microwaving in increments of 15 seconds until desired heat is reached.
- Do not overheat.
